Welcome to MW Fitness Solutions home of personal trainer Matt Watterson. I have been a Personal Trainer for 10 years, and I am here to help anyone who wants to reach their goals. I'm here for the lady who wants to get into that pair of jeans or that regular guy who wants to lose his beer belly. I am Reps registered and fully insured.

I do home one on one training as well as webcam personal training from the comfort of your own home. I have been doing personal training now for 10 years. I am currently completing a degree in fitness and exercise and hope to qualify as a PE Teacher in a few years.

I also provide Cross Community Mixed Martial Arts classes in Ballycastle. They are run by Alan Ashcroft of Ashcroft Vale Tudo MMA. They take place in the McAllister Hall every Monday 7pm-9pm, and are a combination of Judo, Free style and submission wrestling, boxing, kick boxing and ladies self defense.

Ballycastle Over 50's and 60's walking group meet weekly for a brisk walk, chat and relaxed stretch at the end.

 

My Qualifications at present are

  • Level 2 in Gym Instructing with Premier Training International.
  • Level 3 in Personal Training with Premier Training International.
  • Level 3 Nutritional Advisor with Premier Training International.
  • First Aid for Appointed Persons.
  • Masters in Personal Training with Premier Training International.
  • Movement Based Flexibility with Premier Training International.
  • Register of Exercise Professionals Registered ( REPS ).

 

I work with disabled clients and believe that exercise is for everyone no matter what your abilities are. I also provide specialist security cleared training for professionals who seek discretion and confidentiality. I give all my clients a 100% guarantee that i will do my upmost to help them reach their fitness goals and improve their life.

I know what it is like for people who are over weight as i was myself overweight in my younger years, and got teased about this. I have now lost the weight and i work very hard at keeping it off, but i feel much healthier and happier now i am at my target weight. I will eat anything but celery. Never liked it. My favourite dish is steak and chips with onions, mushrooms and gravy. I love to meet new people and try new things, and i love to travel. The goal of my site is to inform, entertain and motivate you the viewer. So kick back, relax and enjoy your stay!
